Whether something is broken, a record is wrong, or you just want to argue about a running order — it comes to the same place.
This is the most useful thing you can write about, and the most welcome. A track in the wrong order, a song that plays silence, a misspelled title, a cover from the wrong pressing — every one of those is a fault worth fixing, and they are fixed in the catalogue rather than in an update, so a report can be put right the same week.
Please say which record and what is wrong with it. That is enough.
If you can, say what you were doing when it happened and what kind of iPhone you have. If the screen looked wrong, a screenshot says more than a paragraph.
Songs are 30-second previews streamed from Apple Music, so a song needs a connection to play, and occasionally Apple has no preview for a particular track. If a song is silent every time you reach it, that is worth reporting — it usually means the catalogue has the name recorded slightly differently from the way Apple has it, which is fixable.
The game itself never depends on the sound. Every question can be answered without it.
There are two things you can buy. A curated crate is $1.99. The Empty Crate, where you build crates of your own, is $6.99. Both are one-time purchases handled by Apple. Nothing here is a subscription and nothing renews.
If you have paid and the app does not know it, try Restore Purchases in Settings first — that asks Apple directly and usually settles it. If it does not, write and it will be sorted out.
And to be plain about what a curated crate is: twelve records chosen on purpose, each with liner notes — the producer, the studio, the band members, the stories. Where there is something worth adding, you will also find recommendations for books and films, and personal commentary from the one person behind it.
The records themselves are 30-second samples streamed from Apple Music, and they are earned by playing rather than bought. Points cannot be bought with money at all.
Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by this app, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
